Sealed Bid Proposals will be received by the City of Good Hope, at the Good Hope City Hall, 135 Municipal Dr.,
no later than April 23, 2025 at 2:00 P.M. local time for this project, at which time bids will be opened and read.

Pre-Bid Conference: Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is not mandatory for a General Contractor to submit a bid on this Project. The Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Good Hope City Hall, 135 Municipal Dr., on April 16, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. local time.

Project Scope: Construction of a multi-use Community Center. The building will be designed and constructed to proper International Building Codes for storm shelters. The new facility should have a capacity of approximately 350 people and be equipped with spaces for special events and meetings.

Award of the contract will be made within fifty (50) calendar days from the date of the bid opening.

Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents are on file and open to public inspection at the office of Good Hope City Hall, 135 Municipal Dr., Cullman, AL. Bid Documents will contain instructions for bidding by sealed envelope. Bidders are cautioned to read all instructions carefully.

Bid documents are being made available via paper copy or digital copy through www.waggonerengplans.com. Plans can be viewed for no charge or physically purchased at this website location. All plan holders are required to have a valid e-mail address to register for an account and log in at www.waggonerengplans.com. Purchased bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website.
